This piece is based on an article from The National Post, where the actor Sean Penn observed how most people at the border of Poland and Ukraine were women and children, because the men had to stay
behind to fight against the Russian invasion.

The Ukrainian Flag is blue on top which represents the sky and the yellow
below represents the fields. For this piece, the Ukrainian colours were
intentionally reversed as a reflection of their world being turned upside
down. The sky is a cautionary yellow and the blue represents a pool of tears.
